You will take care of:

  • identifying the need for training and creating training programs;
  • preparing material, systematizing it and putting it into a virtual learning environment (e.g. Moodle);
  • efficient organization of education of new and experienced employees, conducting training and successful integration of employees into the team;
  • combining knowledge verification tests, organization of qualification improvement;
  • updating information in the internal knowledge system (Confluence);
  • quality assurance of employees' work.
