Job description
Job offer for the position of the training content coordinator of a non-academic unit at the Professional Competence Development Center of Vytautas Magnus University.
- Organization of the activities of the professional competence development center in the following areas:
- Carrying out research and market analysis of the need for qualification improvement and other activities.
- Coordinating the development of training content, initiating the development of training content, generating ideas, encouraging training authors and making suggestions.
- Organizing the smooth creation of content for lecturers.
- Representation and presentation of the created training content to the target group.
- Provision of training commercial offers and implementation of orders.
- Calculation of training finances, evaluation of the training budget in relation to costs and benefits.
- Development of training project ideas and preparation of projects.
- Representative presentation of training to interested parties.
- Training implementation from development to quality assessment.
- Administration of training programs on the VDU PKVC platform omikomosiakademija.vdu.lt.
- Organization of commercial events, trainings
- Consistent communication with training participants from registration to quality assurance survey.
- Preparation of presentations and other presentation material.
Employee requirements
- At least a university or professional bachelor's degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in organizing events (advantage).
- Work experience in the higher education sector (experience in organizing qualification improvement events, communication and publicity activities) (advantage).
- Documentation management and systematic processing.
- Fluent in Lithuanian both orally and in writing.
- Planning, managerial, organizational and communication skills, innovative solutions and creativity are necessary.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- English language level not lower than B1.
