Nature of work
- Prepare and implement strategic training plans to meet the organization's training needs and goals;
- Cosmetics, skin care and perfume news training for consultants;
- Presentation of news to important clients of the company;
- Constant communication with the company's staff, as well as raising their qualifications;
- Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and ensure alignment with business objectives;
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of the training program by analyzing performance indicators, feedback, and achieved results;
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization, increasing employee engagement and retention.
Employee requirements
- English language proficiency at C2 level: reading, writing, speaking and listening;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively involve all training participants;
- Ability to speak in public;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Commitment to constantly follow market trends and best training and development practices;
- Be able to tell stories and inspire customers with them;
- Attention to detail and precision;
- Self-confidence and professionalism, striving for excellence in all one's work;
- Flexibility: ability to adapt to schedule changes, new ideas and instructions;
- Learn to work in a team.
- Work experience in the field of beauty is an advantage.
