Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Instant monitoring AML sspecialista(s) to the Šiaulių bankas team, who ( -i) is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• I will monitor and analyze monetary transactions in real time in order to ensure the implementation of the requirements stipulated in the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing and the scope of other legal acts;
• You will conduct internal investigations, form suspicious activity/money transaction reports (SAR/STR);
• You will perform an analysis of monetary transactions in order to ensure the implementation of international sanctions requirements;
• You will evaluate the suitability of the bank's customers and their monetary transactions;
• With your insights and suggestions, you will contribute to the improvement of processes and the preparation of internal legal acts.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher/higher education;
• At least 1 year of work experience in the field of money laundering and terrorist financing prevention - an advantage;
• Excellent planning skills, logical and analytical thinking;
• Understand and be able to systematize large amounts of information, attention to details;
• Responsibility, ability to react quickly and make decisions, absorb new information;
• Good communication, conflict situation management and written communication skills;
• Good written knowledge of the English language (understanding of the Russian language is a big advantage).
• Good mood, positive thinking, ability to cooperate and work in a team;
• Possession of ICA, CAMS, AML Competence Center certificate is an advantage.

• Remuneration. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competences, so we only indicate the possible range: from 1490.00 to 2240.00 EUR before taxes.
