Nature of work:
We invite the monitoring center engineer(s) to join the team!
Nature of work:
Nature of work:
- 24/7 system operation monitoring while working in shifts in the premises of the monitoring center (day shifts 7:00-19:00, night shifts - 19:00-7:00, distribution of shifts equally);
- Responding to failure reports (including physical response to physical failures of the data center according to prepared instructions);
- Communication with customers, engineers and partners in the troubleshooting process;
- Registration of events and requests in the company's information systems;
- Administration of data center visitors;
- Administration and supervision of employees' workplaces.
We hope you have:
- Advanced user's computer literacy skills;
- Basic knowledge of network technologies;
- Microsoft 365 administration experience;
- Careful, proactive and responsible approach to work;
- Good written and oral knowledge of English and Lithuanian languages;
- Pays close attention to detail, accuracy and overall quality;
Advantage:
- Education or work experience in IT, telecommunications, automation;
- Knowledge of network monitoring tools and technologies;
- Programming knowledge.
Working hours:
- Full-time shift based on a rolling schedule.
