About "The Beloved":
"Mylimiausia" is an exclusive coalition loyalty program in Lithuania, operating since 2012 and connecting five partners - AB "SEB bankas", UAB "LTK Food Group", UAB "Gintarinė vaistinė", UAB "Circle K Lietuva". "Mylimiausia" holders of physical and virtual cards can use the loyalty programs of three partners with one card, and with SEB Mylimiausia Mastercard, they can have a loyalty and payment card in one.
"Mylimiausia" discount card partners are looking for a project manager for the management and coordination of the coalition loyalty program. Workplace in Kaunas and the possibility to choose a job in a hybrid way.

Plan, execute and control loyalty marketing actions to achieve strategic goals, ensure compliance with deadlines, coordinate actions between partners and external organizations. In order to achieve the goal:
- I will plan, organize and implement short-term and long-term loyalty program marketing campaigns, in close cooperation with internal and external partners and advertising agencies;
- You will plan and coordinate the budget between partners and carry out budget expenditure control, prepare interim reports;
- Communicate with IT companies regarding mobile app, self-service, web page, database management and coordination: from project initiation, requirements formulation to testing and launch and delivery of results;
- You will ensure the selection of suppliers for the purchase of services in various fields;
- You will set short-term and long-term campaign goals, monitor their implementation and generate insights for program improvement.
We hope you:
- Must have 3-5 years of successful marketing project management experience (at an advertising agency or in retail);
- You know retail processes and have the basics of data analytics;
- Has experience in working with loyalty programs, developing projects with mobile apps, self-service projects;
- Has developed strategic and tactical thinking, the ability to plan and carry out several large projects at the same time. You are results-oriented, at the same time you have leadership and the ability to coordinate and harmonize interests between several parties;
- Has a driver's license (category B).
