A friendly confectionary company needs a master of the night shift - a confectioner. If you are looking for an entry-level team leader position, this is the job for you. You will work in confectionery production facilities with a team that you will supervise and train. The company has been successful for over 20 years, investing in employee well-being, training and professional growth.
Work schedule II, III, IV, V, 19:00 - 06:00. 1 hour lunch break.
Place of work: Kaunas district, Garliava.
- cake production according to technological cards;
- organization and supervision of shift work;
- management of employees, their education and motivation, assistance;
- ensuring quality, order, safety requirements;
- control of making production quantities.
