The company BALTO trader, which manages the largest online e-bookstore Knygos.lt, is part of the BALTO group of companies. BALTO trader develops e-commerce, storage system projects, BALTO print press efficiency systems, manages international personal photo book business ZOOMBOOK and develops personalized children's book platform NAMEE.

It is the NAMEE team that is looking for a new member to join a professional and ambitious team. NAMEE is the latest BALTO trader project, which has successfully launched in the US market since the fall of 2021. This is an online platform where customers have the opportunity to create their own characters, choose their favorite books, order and receive a unique book printed just for them.
We are currently improving the website and creating books drawn by our team of illustrators and professionals from all over the world (France, Spain, Great Britain, Brazil).

● Development and implementation of project strategy;
● Formation of a team, setting goals for them and implementing them;
● Working with marketing people and external partners;
● Strategy and works for entering existing and new markets, delegating part of the work to the team;
● NAMEE range strategy, planning and implementation;
● Preparation and implementation of the project budget;
● Analysis of publication needs and purification of ideas;
● Creating a fun educational content concept;
● Preparation of descriptions of assortment publications for illustrators and writers;
● Searching for authors and illustrators;
● Supervising the processes of creating assortment publications;
● Project development works for foreign markets;
● Cooperation in creating project identity;
● Preparing weekly reports, presenting goals and plans to the company manager.

● has experience in the fields of publishing/education/education/social sciences;
● has excellent communication, negotiation and time planning skills;
● has excellent analytical and strategic planning skills;
● you can speak, read and write English well;
