We are looking for a colleague - House and rent administrator!
HE/SHE will be responsible for:
administration of rental advertisements, search and selection of tenants, organization of inspections, conclusion of rental contracts, control of payments and ensuring the fulfillment of other rental contract obligations;
constant communication with tenants, helping them with any questions, providing information;
maintenance of order, security, maintenance of the building;
administration of construction defects or other defects.
Employee requirements
We expect HE/SHE to:
is not afraid of people, has a big smile and a great desire to work;
has at least minimal knowledge of construction (if there is none, then there is a strong desire to understand how the main engineering systems of the house work);
is communicative, clearly conveys thoughts in writing and orally;
speaks English (Russian would be an advantage);
has excellent written communication and basic computer skills;
similar work experience is an advantage.
