Real estate development and management specialist

You will perform:
Search, purchase and rent of plots of land suitable for agricultural activities in the central Lithuanian market;
Coordination of purchase and rental processes, preparation of documents;
Preparation of land plots for further activities, i.e. i.e. land use changes, measurements, permits from municipalities and coordination and preparation of other necessary documents;
Cooperation with partners (NT brokers), land plot owners, regarding the possibility of buying or renting land plots;
Management of purchased and leased plots of land, development of related projects (rental or other profitable activities).

Higher education an advantage;
Have similar work experience;
Have work experience with the purchase and rental of land plots, know real estate purchase processes;
Have work experience in cooperation with partners (NT brokers), coordination of their activities;
Have good oral and written knowledge of English;
To be independent, organized, proactive, communicative and courageous;
You should have a category B car driver's license;
Computer literacy;
Be able to manage real estate data in freely available data sources.

Up to 1500 €/mon. net
