We will trust you with:
- Search, purchase and rental of land plots suitable for energy projects in the Lithuanian market (for solar parks, charging stations, wind parks);
- Coordination of purchase and rental processes, preparation of documents;
- After purchase, preparation of land plots for project implementation, i.e. i.e. land use changes, measurements, permits from municipalities and coordination and preparation of other necessary documents;
- Cooperation with partners (NT brokers), land plot owners, regarding the possibility of buying or renting land plots;
- Management of purchased and leased plots of land, development of related projects (rental or other beneficial activities);
- Improvement and efficiency of purchasing processes in progress.
We would like you to:
- You should have a higher education;
- You would have at least 1 year of similar work experience;
- You would have work experience with the purchase and rental of land plots, you would know the real estate purchase processes;
- You would have work experience in cooperation with partners (NT brokers), coordinating their activities;
- You should have good (at least B2 level) oral and written knowledge of English;
- You would be independent, organized, proactive, communicative and courageous;
- You should have a category B driver's license;
- Knowledge of energy systems (such as ESO, LITGRID) would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of Autocad, Arcgis programs would be an advantage.
