YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Administration and maintenance of real estate belonging to the company;
- Preparation and administration of documents related to the rental of premises (contracts, drawings, invoices, etc.);
- Organization of building maintenance works, cost control, monitoring of the building management budget;
- Communication with suppliers, delegation of tasks and control of their execution;
- Development of relations with tenants, ensuring compliance with contract conditions and control of fulfillment of obligations;
- Finding clients independently or with the help of real estate agencies or brokers.
WE HOPE YOU:
- Work experience with clients, administration or real estate management would be an advantage;
- You are able to effectively organize work, manage time and prioritize tasks in order to ensure that all activities are completed on time and efficiently;
- Has excellent communication skills, i.e. not only written and verbal communication with colleagues and clients, but also the ability to communicate information clearly and comprehensibly;
- You are able to effectively solve the problems that have arisen, look for effective solutions;
- Has excellent negotiation and communication skills, able to work independently;
- You are results-oriented, proactive and positive;
- Has a driver's license;
- Has excellent knowledge of Russian and English.
