About the nature of the work:
- Assistance to the property appraiser in preparing real estate appraisal reports
Your features:
- Ability to work with basic computer programs (MS Office);
- Diligence, organization, responsibility, thoroughness, aspiration to improve and become a property appraiser in the future;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian grammar;
- The ability to write texts in English would be an advantage;
- Experience working in real estate would be a significant advantage.
