NATURE OF WORK
We are looking for a creative person to join a very friendly and fast growing product development team. The team is responsible for the development and development of the INTUS window and door product line for US large and mid-sized commercial buildings. You will be responsible for designing new products, creating prototypes and helping to test them. Also improving existing products by ensuring they meet INTUS standards and functionality guidelines.
The ideal constructor is attentive, thorough, open to ideas and enjoys working with a team of professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Generate ideas, find solutions to tasks and problems;
- Create effective, rational solutions/drawings adapted to production and the customer;
- Ensure that the prepared solutions are functional; are aesthetic and stable;
- Sketching different setups to find the best option in terms of budget, quality and sustainability;
- Participation in prototype testing, data analysis in order to identify product defects;
- Collaborating with the production team to develop production instructions and quality control policies;
- Collaborating with other teams to introduce new products to a new market.
WE HOPE YOU HAVE:
- education in engineering or a field related to engineering;
- construction or design work experience;
- good English language skills (preferably B1 level);
- technical knowledge and problem solving skills.
