What responsibilities to expect in the position:
Creation and development of concepts for renting commercial real estate objects, analyzing the needs of potential commercial real estate tenants;
Active search for tenants for existing and developing commercial real estate objects;
Negotiations with potential tenants, coordination and conclusion of lease agreements;
Monitoring and analysis of the commercial real estate market.

Expectations for the candidate:
2+ years of knowledge and experience in the market of commercial real estate, trade, and administrative objects;
Education in real estate, management, business administration, economics or other similar areas;
Excellent communication, planning and negotiation skills;
Knowledge of clerical rules and good Excel skills;
Good knowledge of English;
Responsibility, initiative, duty, quick orientation in a dynamic environment.
