REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER

Nature of work:

  • Development project works including conclusion of contracts, control of contract execution, time schedule, budget and quality supervision;
  • Participation in all stages of the project: idea development, concept and business plan preparation, rental, design and construction process management;
  • Maintaining daily relations with other project participants (customers, tenants, construction and design companies, consultants, state institutions, etc.);
  • Independent organization, supervision and control of certain steps in the design and/or construction process;
  • Organization of tenders for subcontractors, participation in negotiations, analysis of proposals, coordination of contract preparation;
  • Preparation of tender documents and reports, market research, budget analysis.

Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate development or construction projects;
  • Very good computer skills, management of MS office programs;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar. programs;
  • Ability to read design documentation;
  • Knowledge of English (not lower than B2 level).
  • Higher engineering education.

Additional requirements:

  • Initiative, communication and negotiation skills, orientation to the result and precise way of working;
  • Good communication skills when communicating with clients;
  • Ability to use modern IT, computer technologies in daily work activities and during remote meetings;
  • Activity, initiative, responsibility, organization;
  • Driver's license.
