Your responsibilities:
- Smooth and efficient management of assigned commercial real estate
- Real estate maintenance cost management, billing control, management of existing customer lease contracts, administration of related documents
- Initiation of value-added services in managed objects
- Cooperation with partners in organizing the adaptation of the managed property to the needs of the tenants, ensuring a smooth acceptance/handover process of premises
- Development of relations with clients, quick and efficient solution of problematic situations, smooth and timely communication with tenants, colleagues and contractors
- Planning, organization, deadlines and quality control of building/premises repair works
- Planning and control of the annual budgets of the facilities
Expectations for you:
- Commercial real estate management experience (3+ years) and higher education
- Relations with customers, contractors, etc. stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing and maintaining leases for existing clients
- Experience in facility cost management and allocation
- General understanding of building engineering systems
- Budgeting and debt management experience
- English language. (level B1)

Salary
From 3300 €/mon. gross
Base salary is indicated. In addition, according to the approved bonus system, a bonus is paid, the size of which depends on personal and company results.
