We will provide responsibilities
Prepare lease agreements;
Coordinate the terms of the lease agreement with the potential tenant;
Provide modified lease conditions to the head of the lease department for approval;
Organize the process of signing rental contracts;
Organize a joint initial meeting with the new tenant of rental sellers (or other responsible colleagues);
Control the process of sending rental contracts to the owner, lawyers;
Prepare reports and additional documents.
