Excellent communication skills (written, oral);

Work experience in a similar field (advantage).

Constantly improve remote customer service processes;
Organize team work;
Analyze and systematize the results;
Monitor team performance indicators, provide suggestions and insights for improving results;
Create a team work schedule and supervise it.
