- Serve and advise private and business clients remotely (by phone and in writing)
- Sell bank products and services
- Solve non-standard situations with the help of colleagues from other departments
- Perform other tasks related to customer service

- Characterized by positivity, initiative, responsibility and openness to innovation
- Has excellent communication skills, able to quickly absorb knowledge and make decisions
- You are a proactive, energetic person and you strive to improve
- You can work independently
- Has good knowledge of Russian and/or English (advantage)
