You will apply your accumulated experience:

  • planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of the center;
  • ensuring high-quality customer service through remote channels that meets customer service standards;
  • ensuring an optimal selection of remote channels that meet the needs of customers and their availability;
  • ensuring an efficient document management process in accordance with the provisions of the normative acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the Company;

In this position, it is important for us:

  • higher university education;
  • at least 3 (three) years of department management experience;
  • at least 3 (three) years of work experience in remote customer service channels;
  • Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, necessary to properly perform the functions assigned to this position;
  • excellent ability to fluently and correctly convey thoughts in Lithuanian in writing and orally;
  • knowledge of English at B1 level;
  • to be able to independently plan, organize one's activities, independently make decisions related to direct work functions, independently solve arising problems;
  • Compliance with the requirements established in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring the National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • strategic thinking, organization, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

  • salary from EUR 4,116 with taxes (EUR 4,116 - EUR 6,174 with taxes). The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience. Salary is only part of the reward.
