Nature of work:
- Organization, supervision, control of construction works
- Management, coordination, supervision and control of contractors
- Creation and control of calendar construction execution schedules
- Construction site control
- Technical supervision of ongoing construction works
- Organization of safe work at the construction site
- Checking the project documentation and finding rational solutions
- Submission of finished objects to the relevant authorities
Requirements:
- Education in the field of construction (higher)
- At least 4 years of management experience in construction
- Experience in construction management of residential and/or non-residential buildings, projects from 3 mln. Euros
- Knowledge of construction technology (from foundations to partial finishing)
- Working with a computer (AutoCAD, MS OFFICE 365)
- Certificate of construction manager
- Knowledge of construction technical and legal regulations
- Professional and positive attitude, diligence, desire to improve, initiative
