Nature of work
- Organize and coordinate the work of dental clinics;
- To participate in creating and implementing the company's sales and development strategy in the clinic, to achieve the set goals (annual budget);
- Educate and motivate the employees of the department, determine the need and initiate the selection;
- Ensure quality and professional customer service in the department;
- Solve emerging medical and other organizational issues;
- Ensure efficient use of resources;
- Initiate and participate in new projects related to the improvement of clinic operations.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education (in the field of medicine - an advantage);
- At least 3 years of management experience in the medical/dental sector (advantage);
- Knowledge of English and Russian;
- Good computer skills;
- Orientation to the result, initiative, analytical thinking.
Salary
