DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To provide impeccable service to every Les MORALISTES by Crème de la Crème boutique customer according to established standards
- Present skin care products and make recommendations based on the client's needs
- Create strong and long-term relationships with customers
- Purposefully pursue and implement set sales goals
- Have an impeccable knowledge of the assortment, participate in periodic trainings and constantly deepen knowledge in the field of cosmetology
- Ensure cleanliness, order, hygiene and proper placement of products in the workplace
ABOUT YOU
- You are able to communicate professionally with people and quickly understand their needs
- You are interested in skin care products and innovations. Basic knowledge of cosmetology (knowledge of ingredients) and/or education in cosmetology would be a strong advantage
- You strive for good sales results both independently and in a team
- You are positive, proactive, flexible and able to adapt to changes and new ideas
- You learn quickly and improve your professional knowledge
- You are able to communicate flawlessly in Lithuanian and at least one foreign language
