Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Manage orders from wholesalers for Company
products in the Baltic countries.
  • Timely and accurate management of administrative
documents and incoming correspondence.
  • Prepare documents and orders, draft letters and
requests for internal/external stakeholders.
  • Take care of incoming information via internal
communication channels, organize and coordinate staff meetings.
  • Support Baltics team in administrative tasks.

Expectations for your competence:

  • Higher degree or a last-year student who can work full time.
  • Fluent Lithuanian and upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
  • Strong collaboration and coordination skills are required.
  • Punctual, responsible, and attentive to details personality.
  • Experience in administrative and/or supply coordination,
in the pharmaceutical field would be considered an advantage.

We are looking for an Office Administrator/Logistics Coordinator to join the company's team in Vilnius on a temporary contract basis.

Optimize administrative processes and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Orion Baltics team's daily tasks by ensuring smooth office operations. You will coordinate Orion Pharma product’s orders and deliveries within Baltics region while cooperating with internal and external stakeholders.
