Office Manager ● Telematics

Currently, we are inviting an Office Manager to join our friendly team in Vilnius. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Incoming and outgoing mail administration
• Receiving guests and clients from Lithuania and abroad, serving coffee, pleasant communication providing information
• Managing telephone calls and information flow
• Ensuring common office arrangements, ordering and managing necessary goods and services
• Conference hall preparation for meetings and gatherings

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of laws of the Republic of Lithuania related to labour functions
• English language proficiency
• Clerical skills
• Interpersonal competencies and the ability to work in a team
• Ability to manage a large flow of information
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to distribute daily works in order of priority

OUR OFFER

Salary:

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 10 Eur/h up to 11 Eur/val. (~1680 Eur – 1850 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience with the option to get bonuses. *

• In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
