IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Greet, communicate with, and welcome guests
• Filling in timesheets
• Check, sort, and forward emails
• Work with occupational health and safety procceses, prepare documents
• Managing telephone calls and information flow
• Accept parcels and deliveries
• Monitoring stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergencies
• Overseeing the compliance with company’s policies and security requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Previous administrative work experience
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety processes
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both verbal and written)

Salary:


Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 10 Eur/h up to 13 Eur/val. (~1680 Eur – 2184 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses. *

• In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
