Job Description:

Coordinating PVcase office (Bokšto Skveras BC) activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Managing agendas, travel arrangements, appointments, internal company documents, etc.
Tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
Communicating with office building management, cleaning service company and other providers/suppliers to ensure smooth office operations.
Researching and comparing different suppliers/service providers to ensure the office is well-equipped.
Organizing company events (online and live).
Assisting upper management with ongoing tasks whenever necessary.

Job requirements:

2+ years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant role.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English (C2 level).
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and/or G-Suite.
Ability to work safely with confidential information.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Confidence in making phone calls.
Category B driving license.
