Nature of work

  • Receiving, registering and delegating correspondence (e-mail, letters, calls, etc.) to responsible persons;
  • Preparation of documents for public procurement;
  • Working with company e-mail systems (databases, intranet);
  • Organization of office activities, trust of guests, ordering of necessary tools and services for the office;
  • Assistance in the preparation and administration of personnel documents;
  • Ensuring internal company communication;
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the manager.

Employee requirements

  • You communicate fluently in Lithuanian;
  • You can communicate in English (written);
  • You like attention to details, you are a hardworking and careful person, you know how to plan your time;
  • Has good knowledge of computer literacy to work with basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel);
  • You orient yourself quickly, absorb information easily;
  • Experience of similar work is an advantage.

  • Workplace at Juozapavičiaus pr. 104b, Kaunas
  • Working hours Mon-Fri 8:00 - 17:00
  • Remuneration is discussed individually, depends on available experience and competence
