We are looking for a motivated and responsible office administrator to join our team. If you are organized, communicative and have excellent administrative skills, we are waiting for you!

Preparation and archiving of company documents, administration of company contracts;
Management of information flows (telephone calls, e-mails);
Reception of customers and guests;
Assistance in organizing meetings, gatherings and events;
Assistance to management and colleagues in daily work;
Managing correspondence (receiving and sending letters and parcels);
Ensuring internal company communication;
Maintenance of the office environment and coordination of order.

Education in the field of administration;
Experience in similar work is an advantage;
Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken), good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
Excellent computer skills;
Ability to work independently and in a team;
Organization, responsibility and attention to detail.
