SO IF YOU:

  • Has work experience in building administration or coordination of office projects and wants to increase knowledge in this position;
  • You have had to deal with technical issues of building support or the operation of engineering office systems (advantage);
  • Learn to effectively organize, plan and prioritize your work, even if there are changes and pace around you;
  • Diligence, helpfulness and good problem-solving management skills – Your business card;
  • You are constantly on the way to growth and have a great desire to learn;
  • Knowledge of official IT systems,

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Daily maintenance and servicing of the SEB bank office (in cooperation with partners);
  • Continuous cooperation with the heads of different departments to identify building faults, general order maintenance issues;
  • Smooth collection of needs, ensuring the implementation of department transfer, furniture, office temperature issues;
  • Management of small projects related to the office;
  • Collection and delivery of necessary documents to responsible persons;
  • Providing assistance in case of problems with entry into the premises.
