Requirements
- Higher university education (exact sciences, finance, business management, engineering)
- 1-2 years of work experience in leading a team
- Leadership skills to develop and lead a team of 6-8 people
- Work experience in life insurance (advantage)
- Experience in implementing changes (advantage)
- Experience in business process improvement. Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions
- Innovativeness, openness to technological innovations, orientation to the efficiency of operational processes.
- High self-motivation, initiative, ability to make decisions independently, honesty, analytical thinking, courage to act/initiate, excellent communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, PowerBI an advantage, SAP BO Web Intelligence).
- Good knowledge of English to be able to communicate orally and in writing
Nature of work
Ensuring stable and efficient operations in operations administration and payment accounting processes. Management of group activities, organization of work, distribution of functions and workload and training of employees.
Analyzing the results of the group's activities, preparing reports and presenting them to the management.
Analysis of controlled processes and identification of opportunities for process efficiency/improvement. Implementation of tools/methodologies promoting the efficiency of operations and processes in the department.
Documentation of controlled processes.
- Management of insurance contract administration processes:
- Administration of contract changes process
- Administration of insurance benefits
- Organization of collection and settlement of insurance premiums
- Coordination of the annual letters process
- Coordination of VMI submission of annual declaration data
Analyzing the results of the group's activities, preparing reports and presenting them to the management.
Analysis of controlled processes and identification of opportunities for process efficiency/improvement. Implementation of tools/methodologies promoting the efficiency of operations and processes in the department.
Documentation of controlled processes.
