As the Operations Controller, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the financial performance and operational efficiency of our international manufacturing operations. This position includes 2 fields of responsibilities: Operations controller & Financial analyst.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to analyse the performance of the Bauwerk Group of manufacturing companies.

Your responsibilities in this position will include:
- Ongoing yield, productivity and cost monitoring including deviation analyses.
- Ensure flow of information between entities and departments concerning to Operations controlling.
- Support for the continuous digitalization of all Controlling processes, in close cooperation with the CFO and the COO.
- Participation in the closing of the accounting period (monthly, yearly), preparation and submission of reports.
- Establishment, expansion and maintenance of processes (data acquisition and determination, etc.) and tools (data retrieval, standard and ad hoc reports, etc.) of a proactive Operations controlling.
- Regular preparation / creation of essential group KPIs and analyses for the management.
- Product cost calculation in BGLT and overall responsibility for aligned group cost calculation methods in all entities.
- Creation of performance analyses (entities, departments etc.) and analysis of overhead costs.
- Participation in annual budgeting and forecasting process and budget execution control and analysis of deviations.
- Participation in preparing business analytics reports (Qlik Sense), SPS and other project activities.
What you need to succeed:
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or related area.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/control/analytics department (experience from a manufacturing company would be an advantage).
- Proactive, result oriented, responsible, able to work in a team and perform individually.
- Very good knowledge of English (C1 level spoken and written).
- Very good knowledge of MS Excel.
