Daily Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team in the daily operations of container sales and leasing
- Provide clear instructions to suppliers, clients, and terminal managers to ensure smooth business processes
- Maintain and update container statuses in our database
- Generate and share inventory reports with regional managers
- Innovate processes for greater efficiency, including implementing automation solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in operations or a similar role
- Attentiveness to details
- Competent in data management and structuring
- Proficient in problem-solving within a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other tools
