Nature of work
The ability to effectively plan and implement strategies for the sale of optical goods in order to ensure efficient work and the achievement of maximum results;
Ability to create and maintain relationships with existing clients, consulting and solving problems;
Ability to effectively analyze market trends and competitors' activities in the optics sector;
Participation in the search for new customers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts and offers;
Attracting and encouraging customers to use the e-commerce system, including website administration and innovation;
Informing customers about news, product offers and promotions;
Order coordination, fulfillment control and implementation of necessary measures;
Participation in the pricing process and assistance in the preparation of the price policy.

Employee requirements
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively solve problems;
Experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage, especially in the optical sector;
Good organizational skills and the ability to effectively organize working time in order to achieve maximum efficiency;
The ability to build long-term and strong relationships with clients in order to achieve long-term business success;
Advanced degree or experience in business administration or marketing would be an advantage, including understanding of market trends;
Excellent Russian, Latvian and/or English language skills in order to achieve maximum communication efficiency with multinational client groups;
Driver's license (category B), giving the opportunity to participate in customer service activities;
Good computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Experience in customer service or sales would be an advantage, especially in the optical sector;
