We are currently looking for an optical salon manager for our VISION EXPRESS opticians in Mazeikiai.
We are currently looking for an optical salon manager for our VISION EXPRESS opticians in Mazeikiai.
You will be responsible for:
- Organization of optical work, setting goals for employees, work planning (creating work schedules, workload distribution) and performance control;
- Implementation of monthly sales plans and proposals and actions to achieve them;
- Team formation: employee selection, education, creation of a good atmosphere in the team;
- Formation of the assortment of goods, organization and implementation of the presentation of goods and their maintenance in the trading hall;
- Creating and maintaining a high customer service culture;
- Preparation of reports.
We hope that:
- You have a university or higher education;
- You have management experience in retail;
- You like working in the trade sphere and communicating with customers;
- You are able to motivate and inspire the team;
- You are responsible, dutiful, proactive and communicative;
- If you have work experience in optics - a big advantage!
