As an Order Management Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer sales orders, from receipt to invoicing. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with hospitals and distributors, monitoring stock levels, and collaborating with various departments to meet client needs efficiently and effectively.

As an Order Management Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer sales orders, from receipt to invoicing. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with hospitals and distributors, monitoring stock levels, and collaborating with various departments to meet client needs efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for:
🔹Handling incoming customers’ sales orders - from order receipt to invoicing.
🔹Communicating with hospitals and distributors regarding deliveries, coordinating shipments with logistic service provider.
🔹Monitoring stock levels, participating in annual stocktaking and inventory.
🔹Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and clients requests.
🔹Provision of relevant information in a professional and timely manner.
🔹Communicating with hospitals and distributors regarding deliveries, coordinating shipments with logistic service provider.
🔹Monitoring stock levels, participating in annual stocktaking and inventory.
🔹Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth processing of sales orders and clients requests.
🔹Provision of relevant information in a professional and timely manner.
We expect you to have:
🔹Bachelor‘s degree.
🔹Accuracy in data entry and use, attention to details.
🔹Good command of English language and communication skills.
🔹Experience in logistics/supply/customer service/accounting.
🔹Experience in Pharma industry and/or experience working with SAP (would be an advantage).
