A company that has been successfully operating in the field of wellness and rehabilitation for more than 50 years is currently looking for an Organizational Development and Education Specialist.
Nature of work
- Creation, development, coordination of the employee education process in the organization;
- Preparation of training materials as needed;
- Conducting internal trainings;
- Creation, planning and development of the internal career process;
- Preparation, implementation and assurance of the process of introducing new employees to the company;
- Initiating and conducting employee surveys, ensuring the preparation and implementation of action plans;
- Preparation, assurance and implementation of training and project budgets;
- Setting and monitoring KPIs of the training process;
- Other HR functions - development, implementation and coordination of projects.
Employee requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in developing and implementing the employee integration and education system;
- Higher education (in the fields of human resource management, organizational psychology would be an advantage);
- Experience in creating and implementing training plans and programs, budgets;
- Experience in creating and implementing various HR function projects;
- Good organizational, planning, communication skills, orientation towards operational efficiency;
- You are empathetic and able to communicate with different people;
- You are able to make decisions independently and have analytical thinking and initiative;
- You are result-oriented;
- You are constantly interested in innovations in the field of personnel;
- Good knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
