MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- to check persons, their hand luggage and personal belongings, cargo compartment luggage, vehicles;
- ensure access control of persons and vehicles to the airport's controlled area;
- patrol and monitor the airport territory;
- perform airfield cleaning and preparation for flights as needed;
- take care of maintenance of assigned airfield cleaning and other equipment;
- check the technical condition of fire trucks and all equipment, organize their repairs if necessary, fill fire trucks with fuel;
- in the event of an aircraft accident, to rescue passengers and crew members, extinguish fires, provide first medical aid;
- perform aircraft escort and departures to aircraft during refueling operations.
IMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION:
- experience in customer service, security, fire rescue or other related fields;
- motivation to learn and improve in the field of aviation safety and fire rescue;
- B cat. driver's license (Cat. C, CE - a big advantage);
- flexibility, patience, responsible approach to work;
- the possibility to work in shifts with a sliding work schedule (including night shifts);
- no lower than secondary education;
- knowledge of foreign languages;
- impeccable reputation according to the requirements of the Aviation Law of the Republic of Lithuania (checked before employment).
SALARY AND SCHEDULE:
3 levels of hourly wages are paid:
Working in one shift (after 12 hours) schedule:
2 working days (07:00-19:00)
2 working nights (19:00-07:00)
4 days off
- 7.64 eur/hour. before taxes (~950 eur/month in hand) - after joining the team
- 8.12 eur/hour. before taxes (~1000 eur/month in hand) - after taking the introductory training for firefighters
- 9.27 eur/hour. before taxes (~1150 eur/month in hand) - after passing the scheduled aviation security exams

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
This employment contract is for a limited period (preliminarily 1 year) with the potential possibility of remaining indefinitely.
