The State Accreditation Service for Healthcare Activities at the Ministry of Health is looking for team reinforcement! We invite a specialist to join us for work related to the availability and quality of personal health care services provided by legal and natural persons of all forms of ownership.

Your main activities and responsibilities in your new job:
- to carry out state supervision of the availability and quality of health care services, as far as the examination of patients' complaints, requests and statements is concerned;
- to organize the preparation and distribution of reports, messages, proposals and other relevant information on the availability and quality of personal health care services, patient rights and safety;
- collect, systematize data and prepare reports, messages, proposals and other relevant information for the public regarding patient safety, ensuring patients' rights and the availability and quality of health care services, as far as the care of patients' rights is concerned;
- according to competence to provide information to natural and legal persons;
- collect, systematize and timely enter data on the performed monitoring of patients' rights into the database, manage the assigned part of the Service's website;
- participate in commissions, working groups, meetings, conferences, seminars on patient rights and safety issues, participate in their organization.

We hope you:
- has a law, public administration study field at least a higher university education with a bachelor's degree or a higher college education with a professional bachelor's degree or an equivalent higher education qualification;
- has at least 1 year of work experience in document preparation and management;
- able to work with various computer programs (such as: MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, Internet browsers, computer document management system, etc.);
- you know the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, resolutions of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating labor relations, health protection regulation, etc.;
- you are able to fluently teach your thoughts in writing and orally, and you know how to accumulate, systematize, summarize information, and draw conclusions.
