What tasks await:
- organization and supervision of road maintenance and construction works assigned to the department (workshop);
- planning and control of the effective use of resources required for the performance of activities (personnel, equipment, materials);
- ensuring timely and high-quality performance of ongoing works, preparation of documentation;
- education, motivation of subordinate employees, implementation of work safety measures and proper supervision;
- implementation and control of the budget of the department (mastery);
- maintenance of entrusted property and ensuring rational use of energy, fuel resources, materials, transport and equipment;
- other works related to the organization of the department's (workshop) activities.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has obtained a higher engineering education (advantage – in the field of road engineering);
- have 1-2 years of supervised work experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities;
- is a skilled user of the MS Office program package;
- characterized by orientation towards a high-quality result, leadership, initiative and proactivity;
- has a category B driver's license;
- advantage - SSVA qualification certificate (s) (special structural construction manager and/or special structural project manager, special structural project execution supervision manager. Structures - communications).
