Position:
As the head of the Hertz rental unit at Vilnius Airport, you will be responsible for achieving the results, smooth operation, growth and profitability of the unit. As an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for growing your branch while increasing profitability as you train and develop your staff. The department manager we are looking for must know what good team motivation and leadership are. We'll teach you everything you need to know about car rentals and more!
Nature of work:
Ensuring efficient processes for all types of car rental
Providing exemplary customer service and problem solving
Management of department employees
Understanding cost control and achieving individual sales goals for employees
Compliance with company standards and processes
Organization of activities and improvement of internal processes;
Active training of car rental agents, drivers and other employees of the department, organization of weekly staff meetings
Conduct regular reviews of employee performance and results, organize personal meetings with employees to discuss strengths and weaknesses
Handle or assist with customer service issues if other staff are unable to do so
