Nature of work

Organization of the department's activities;
Analysis of the performance of the production department, control of the performance of goals and submission of reports to the company manager;
Divisional budget management;
Coordination, optimization and system implementation of activities and internal processes;
Measurement of employee work efficiency and continuous improvement;
Monitoring the performance indicators of the company and making the necessary decisions and organizing the implementation;
Coordination, motivation and education of the team's daily activities;
Finding innovative solutions and their implementation;
Solving the problems that have arisen;
Market monitoring and analysis.

Employee requirements

Knowledge of business processes, financial management, strategic planning and risk management;
Good communication and leadership skills, ability to motivate the team to achieve goals;
Excellent knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage;
Analytical and strategic thinking;
Independence and initiative.
At least 2 years of company management experience (at a manufacturing company - an advantage).
