Nature of work
- Trust of hotel guests and other visitors, pleasant service in the restaurant and bar, in order to maximally fulfill guests' expectations and leave a memorable experience;
- Quick and polite response to guest requests;
- Making drinks and serving food and drinks to guests;
- Smooth teamwork and cooperation with kitchen staff;
- Working with the cash register (Micros Simphony program) and carefully filling in cash registers;
- Maintenance of order and cleanliness in the workplace and guest hall;
- Work according to a prearranged schedule at least 0.5 full-time. Working hours can be adjusted.
Employee requirements
- Preferred experience in the field of service;
- Attention to the guest, communication and bold and polite communication with a smile;
- Ability to cooperate and work both in a team and independently;
- Good spoken English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
- Good knowledge of service, serving, etiquette rules;
- Resilience and not getting lost in stressful situations, organization.
