Nature of work:
- Execution of bar production orders;
- Drawing up the work schedule of bartenders;
- Organization of bar work;
- Production of various drinks, cocktails (according to technological specifications);
- calculation of bar balances and transfer to the responsible person;
- maintenance of order and cleanliness in the bar;
- communication with restaurant guests.
Employee requirements:
- Bar manager/chief. bartending experience;
- orientation towards the guest, his needs and quality of service;
- honesty, organization, responsibility, communication, helpfulness;
- good communication skills;
- teamwork skills;
- knowledge of foreign languages (advantage);
- good mood and a big smile.
