You would be responsible for:

You would be responsible for:
- Execution of the daily production plan (management of set production indicators), organization of the work of the packaging department (number of subordinate employees up to 10);
- Distribution of work in the department and control of their performance;
- Ensuring the quality of product packaging in accordance with the standards established by the company;
- Participation in employee introduction, training and rotation processes;
- Maintaining order and discipline in the bar; solving problems;
- Cooperation with foremen and production managers of other bars.
We hope that:
- You have successful work experience in a manufacturing company (we would consider experience in the production of plastic windows/furniture an advantage);
- You have experience in analogous or team leader positions;
- You can read technical drawings; you know how to use basic hand tools (saw, electric screwdriver, etc.);
- You are organized; you are able to plan your daily tasks and take responsibility for their performance;
- You are result-oriented: when the situation calls for it, you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get to work with the team.

Salary
1000-1300 €/mon. net
