Nature of work:
- Search for new raw materials;
- Develop packaging that meets market trends and customer expectations;
- Lead new product development projects;
- Participate in tests in customer production;
- Manage the training program on raw materials and products;
- Advise the sales department/customers on choosing the right packaging or improving existing packaging.
Employee requirements:
- Successful work experience in the field of food packaging technologies;
- Higher university education (polymer engineering, food technology);
- Very good English;
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
- Well-developed logical thinking, ability to analyze large amounts of information;
- Communicability, strong sense of responsibility;
- Ability to fluently convey ideas in writing and orally;
- Ability to conduct presentations well and capture the audience's attention;
- Drive, openness to innovation, independence.
