Nature of work

  • Provide escort service to young people in accordance with the description of the procedure for organizing and providing escorted care;
  • Supervise the work of escort service coordinators;
  • Cooperate with permanent care workers who mentor young people preparing for independent life;
  • Take care of the quality, development and expansion of work with youth and accompanying services.

Employee requirements

  • Higher education in the field of social sciences;
  • Not less than 1 year. experience working with young people (youth worker certificate - an advantage);
  • Experience of working with a team;
  • Ability to apply social work methods;
  • Positivity in solving emerging problems;
  • Orientation towards quality results, building relationships and maintaining them;
  • Russian. and English payment (advantage).
