- Assignment of tasks to employees, control of employees' work, management of activities;
- Execution of production plans, ensuring production quality, work productivity;
- Effective use of production capacities and resources;
- Collection of production data and integration into accounting programs;
- Training and development of employees;
- Analysis of production results, providing reports, providing new proposals related to the improvement of operations.
Work in shifts with a rolling schedule (day (08:00 - 18:00) and night (18:00 - 03:00) shifts)
