Nature of work:
- Ensuring the execution of the production plan;
- Supervision of processes;
- Effective use of production capacities and resources;
- Product quality assurance.
Place of work: Chemijos st. 29F, Kaunas
In this position, you will work in a shift work schedule:
2 days (from 07:00 to 19:00),
2 nights (from 19:00 to 07:00),
4 days off.
Employee requirements:
- Secondary education;
- Good communication and cooperation skills, ability to successfully communicate with different people;
- Ability to find solutions in conflict situations;
- Team management experience is an advantage.
